FAQ

Here are some common questions that patients have.

If you have any additional questions or need more information about any of these topics, please call the clinic. We are happy to assist you.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?
Call the clinic at (205) 969-7887 where we will assist you and schedule your appointment for you.
  • How long are appointments?
Appointment lengths vary depending on the type of appointment and the services provided. Initial appointments take up to 90 minutes, while regular appointments are 45 minutes long. Fitness and dry needling sessions range from 30 to 50 minutes long. Laser sessions only take 15 minutes.
  • What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Complete the paperwork sent to you through your patient portal before arriving at your appointment. Bring your driver's license, insurance card, and any paperwork given to you by your physician. If the patient is a minor, a parent/guardian must accompany them to their first appointment to provide these documents.
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Patients usually choose to wear athletic clothing.
  • Can I do Pilates if I have an injury?
Yes! Our Pilates Instructor is more than willing to modify the exercises, so you can perform them in a way that you are most capable of doing.
  • How early should I get to Pilates?
All Pilates Sessions and Mat Classes begin and end on time, so please arrive before the start time. It is generally recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to Private and Group Pilates Sessions. For Mat Class, you should arrive about 5 minutes early, so you have time to set up your mat.
  • How do I register for Pilates Mat Class?
Sign up online on the Mat Class page. To get there: go to the Pilates page and click "learn more" in the Pilates Mat Class box. Once you are on the Mat Class page, click the "sign up" button or scroll to the bottom of the page to sign up for one or more classes. Remember, you must sign up 24 hours in advance, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
  • What types of insurance do you accept?
    We accept most major insurances.
  • What if I can't pay for my appointments?
We offer payment plans tailored to the financial needs of the patient. Talk to our Administrative Manager or our Account Manager to discuss your options.
